Agile coaching and IR35

IR35 is creating challenges for many organisations using contract agile coaches. For Agility in Mind, it’s not a problem. We have a team of permanent and experienced agile coaches, so we’re only interested in the impact and outcomes we have for our clients.

IR35 and contract agile coaches

At Agility in Mind, we take pride in the impact and outcomes we have for any client engagement. When it comes to agile coaching, our strong belief is that we should only be there while we continue to have impact and provide value. In order to do this, we’ve developed a high impact coaching model, which you can read about here. This is achieved with our dedicated team of permanently employed consultants, who duly pay all their taxes through PAYE and are mature and highly experienced.

It occurred to us that, with the introduction of IR35 rules in the private sector, the traditional model of contracting long-term, full-time agile coaches is causing some organisations difficulties in retaining their coaching capabilities. However, our agile coaching model does not encounter such constraints and IR35 does not come into consideration. More than this, because we have a flexible commercial model which means you only pay when we’re with you and we’re only there when we’re needed, our model is very cost-effective.

We’ve been using this model for many years and our clients will vouch for its effectiveness. So, please get in touch to discuss how our agile coaching model beats the challenges of IR35 and helps you deliver a transformed organisation.
