The Applying Professional Scrum (APS) training course is a two-day course which prepares individuals or teams for using Scrum effectively. The Scrum framework, mechanics, and roles within Scrum are experienced directly through a simulation: delegates experience technical and requirements uncertainty by building a real product over several sprints. With each cycle, delegates learn and apply the principles and practices that allow them to take control and improve their process.
Attending this training includes preparation for and a free attempt at the PSM I assessment, leading to an industry-recognised certification.
