Brian Carman - Agile CoachBrian is an experienced agile coach, trainer and qualified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and draws on many years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and recruited, managed and coached teams of Scrum Masters and digital project managers. Brian prides himself on being able to get individuals and teams to be able to understand the agile mindset rather than just the mechanics of any specific agile method.
