This 2 hour Introduction to Agile online training course is a special version of our full 1 day course, which has been condensed to deliver impactful results for you and your teams. It allows remote or offshore teams to be trained simultaneously and those interested in our courses to get a taster of the format, style and benefits of Agility in Mind training.

Description

This course is designed to leave delegates more confident in five key areas:

  1. The intention behind agile ways of working.
  2. Managing the flow of requirements from vision to reality.
  3. Organising requirements with user stories and backlogs.
  4. Roles and interactions.
  5. Putting agile ways of working into action.

We deliver live online courses via Webex.  They are designed to allow remote or offshore teams to be trained simultaneously, often dispersed geographically or co-located but dispersed over a large campus.
