What is agile?  How can it benefit you and your organisation? Our Intro to Agile is an introduction-level course. There is no assumed knowledge in agile principles, technology, or product delivery.

This course is designed to leave delegates more confident in five key areas:

  1. The intention behind agile ways of working.
  2. Managing the flow of requirements from vision to reality.
  3. Organising requirements with user stories and backlogs.
  4. Roles and interactions.
  5. Putting agile ways of working into action.

Delegates leave the training course with a shared experience of the terminology, intended benefits and practical application of agile practices. In addition, the delegates can immediately apply the techniques and exercises to their own real world product delivery.
