Description
Leading SAFe® covers the seven competencies required for a lean enterprise, and how delegates can support key events. The course also covers the lean-agile mindset, why companies need to adapt quickly, and how to lead a lean-agile transformation.
This Scaled Agile Framework certified class prepares the delegates to take the associated exam and become a SAFe 5 Agilist (SA). At the end of the course the delegates will be sent the materials necessary to take the online exam, including copies of the slides, a study guide and access to the practice exam.

Duncan Evans
Duncan is an experienced and qualified Scaled Agile and Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), accredited by both organisations. He draws on many years of practical experience as an agile project manager and scrum master. He has a proven track record for delivering high quality products, using these skills to help others build better products as a consultant, coach and trainer. Duncan has successfully achieved PSMI, PSMII, PSMIII, PSPOI, PSPOII and PST Professional Scrum certificates and is well qualified in making sure that delegates have a thorough understanding of all course material in order to achieve success themselves.

Brian Carman
An experienced agile coach and trainer. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
Brian is an experienced digital portfolio and programme manager and has worked in sports, retail, education and entertainment sectors. A skilled scrum master in his own right, Brian has also recruited, managed and coached teams of scrum masters.
Brian has also introduced Lean and agile approaches, such as Kanban, when managing digital portfolios, improving the visibility and flow of the work. He enjoys working with people to find practical solutions to challenging problems with their delivery of digital products.
