Description
The Liberating Structures Immersion workshop is a one-day workshop that allows Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Delivery leads, to learn how to help your team be the best team they can be.
One of the major factors of accountability is the part you play in helping teams communicate, collaborate, and agree on actions together. With over 30 different approaches in the Liberating Structures collection, You will recognise that just one form of facilitation does not work for all situations and how you can best help everyone to participate, feel heard, and come to a common agreement in a variety of circumstances.
This course is particularly useful for facilitators working with agile teams, and who want to learn practical skills to lead agile workshops, planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, estimation sessions, and more.
Your Liberating Structures Trainer
Paul Grew
Paul leads the coaching practice at Agility in Mind as well as providing hands-on coaching and training to several clients, such as BBC, Dyson and RS components. Paul’s coaching is deep-rooted in his passion as a 2nd Dan black belt martial arts instructor, having discovered the secrets of successful martial arts equally apply to agile teams: focus on the basics; train hard and constantly strive for improvement.
Paul started his career as a software developer in applying intelligent algorithms to navy aircraft carriers and satellite command and control systems. He later worked in various leadership positions from scrum master, software development manager, programme director and further broadened his domain experience in the telecoms and pharmaceutical industries.
