About this event
Agility in Mind’s Frequent Agile Questions have become a valuable source for agile practitioners across the globe. In response, FAQs have been bought alive with FAQs LIVE, a blend of valuable teaching and interactive discussion on specific topics. The most popular FAQs relate to the Scaled Agile Framework, so this webinar is an extended and more in-depth special event, in association with Scaled Agile, inc., taking the common themes and drawing out richer seams of knowledge and practical advice.
We’ve collated the questions asked by attendees of FAQs LIVE on SAFe Roles, Requirements, and Events, and a theme emerged: How do you take a lean-agile approach when there is so much pressure to take big up-front decisions?
- How do you keep stakeholders happy when they want to see the annual roadmap?
- Is there a risk of accumulating technical debt without up-front architecture?
- What if you are required to provide forecasts for the whole year?
- How do the architect roles work, and is there space for teams to practice emergent architecture?
