FAQs LIVE Special: How can you make processes and tools support individuals and interactions?

Agility in Mind provides free interactive learning with our FAQs LIVE sessions across the globe. Our industry-leading consultants have animated our FAQs to bring agile topics to a virtual screen providing a great learning experience for all who attend.

We have partnered with Targetprocess to bring this FAQs LIVE Special event to you, as we discuss ‘how can you make processes and tools support individuals and interactions?’.

About this event

The first line of the agile manifesto suggests we prioritise “individuals and interactions over processes and tools”. In this FAQs LIVE Special event we are joined by Jurriaan van der Laan; an experienced agile practitioner who happens to work for a major tool vendor; Targetprocess.

We’ll discuss the values and principles laid out in the manifesto, and how relevant they are twenty years later when processes and tools have become so vital in supporting distributed and scaled agile delivery.

The panellists will trade tips and tricks on how processes and tools can play an effective supporting role in helping individuals interact and deliver great products.

Agenda:
  • How can you best apply the manifesto value “individuals and interactions over processes and tools” in a modern, distributed, scaled environment?
  • Q&A
  • What about the other manifesto values and principles – are they still relevant today, or are any adjustments necessary?
  • Q&A
  • What role do tools play in maintaining effective practices such as planning and reviews?
  • Q&A
