Diversity is about everyone, within our team, and outside our team and we want to celebrate the unique characteristics of each of us; it’s our differences that make us stronger.
Agility in Mind team members come from all walks of life, religions, nationalities, gender orientations and races and as an organisation we are striving to be better and learn more as we grow.
In 2021 we made it our priority to focus on an inclusive workplace, a place where our employees, customers and partners feel proud to work with us. On our journey we are learning as we go to build a better inclusive community and we are committed to championing diversity and inclusion.
28th March – 3rd April 2022 marked the 60th anniversary of Autism Awareness and as a team we wanted to get involved in the 60’s challenge as we learned more about Autism.
- 6 x walks a week
- 6 x runs a week
- 60km peloton bike ride
- 6 x Mowing people’s lawns (We have a qwerky team!)
- 6x 6k runs
This World Autism Acceptance week made us aware of improvements we can make on our website, how we can do more to support team members, and improve our course content to make it more accessible for people with Autism.
We have learned a lot from this experience, and we are eager to evolve and grow on our journey as we put what we have learned into action.
